MotorGPA is published by a small independent team. Every message reaches a person — there is no support queue and no bot.
Corrections, questions, press and privacy requests all go through the same form. Leave an email address on it and we can write back.
A score looks wrong
This is the one we most want to hear about. Tell us the vehicle, the model year, which criterion, the figure you believe is correct and where it is published — a manufacturer spec sheet, an EPA or NHTSA listing, an IIHS result. Anything we can verify against a primary source gets fixed, and the vehicle’s grade is recomputed from the corrected figure. Pick Score correction on the form and it will ask for exactly these fields.
Press, licensing and data
Grades, the framework and the normalization bands are open, and may be quoted or reproduced with attribution and a link. If you want the underlying data in bulk, or want to talk about how a figure was arrived at, send the request through the form and say what you need it for.
Manufacturers
We do not accept payment for placement, pre-publication review, or changes to a grade. We do accept corrections to fact, from anyone, on the same terms as everyone else — send the published source and it will be checked. Press materials are welcome and are treated as one source among several; see how we grade.
