The verdict

A mixed-report minivan, strong on space and held back by performance.

The 2020 Odyssey is still one of the most practical used family vehicles you can buy. It seats up to eight, the Magic Slide second row makes car-seat juggling easy, it earns 5 stars from NHTSA, and no minivan of its era drives better. The costs show up at the pump and in the details: 22 MPG combined, front-wheel drive only, Honda's bare-minimum warranty, and a touch-only infotainment screen that the 2021 refresh fixed. Skip the base LX, which goes without Honda Sensing, blind-spot monitoring and CarPlay. An EX or EX-L is the one to buy.

Detailed scoring by subject

1Performance & PowertrainThe Odyssey's lowest-graded category.0.43F
Horsepower
280 hp @ 6,000 rpm (3.5L i-VTEC V6, all trims)
33/100
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 2020 Odyssey is the third model year of the fifth generation (2018–), before the 2021 refresh. The 3.5L direct-injected V6 is the only engine on every trim (LX, EX, EX-L, Touring, Elite).

Torque
262 lb-ft @ 4,700 rpm
36/100
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

This is the peak torque of the standard and only powertrain. The naturally aspirated V6 makes it high in the rev range.

0–60 mph time
~7.2 s (instrumented tests of the 10-speed Odyssey range 6.4–7.6 s)
38/100
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

2020 is the year the 10-speed became standard on every trim, so the volume EX/EX-L now shares the drivetrain of the tested 10-speed Touring and Elite. Instrumented results run from 6.4 s to 7.6 s, and the MotorWeek median of 7.2 s is used. That is quick for a minivan.

Powertrain refinement77
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The V6 is smooth, linear and eager with no turbo lag, and it is among the strongest-feeling engines in the class. Variable Cylinder Management and idle stop are occasionally noticeable.

Transmission behavior72
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

For 2020, Honda made its 10-speed automatic (shift-by-wire, paddles) standard on all trims and retired the 9-speed that LX/EX/EX-L used in 2018–2019, which reviewers had criticised as the less polished unit. Shifts are generally smooth and quick, with occasional part-throttle hunting among the tall upper gears.

Max towing capacity
3,500 lbs (properly equipped, all trims)
36/100
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Honda rates every 2020 Odyssey trim at 3,500 lbs when it has the accessory towing package. That is par for the minivan class.

AWD/4WD availability12
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Every 2020 trim is front-wheel drive only, with no AWD at any price, while the 2020 Sienna offered AWD.

Off-road capability8
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

This is a pavement-focused family van, with low ground clearance, FWD only, and no skid plates, terrain modes or off-road trim. Gravel roads are about the limit.

Powertrain lineup breadth22
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The whole range has one powertrain (3.5L V6, 10-speed, FWD) and no hybrid or plug-in option, while the 2020 Pacifica offered a PHEV.

2Efficiency & RangeOne of the Odyssey's weakest categories.0.76F
3SafetyOne of the Odyssey's strongest categories.2.90B-
NHTSA overall rating
5 stars overall (5 frontal, 5 side, 4 rollover)
100/100
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

NHTSA gives the 2020 Odyssey 5 stars overall, with 5-star frontal and side ratings and a 4-star rollover rating.

IIHS awards & crashworthiness84
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 2020 Odyssey earned an IIHS Top Safety Pick (not TSP+), with Good ratings in every crashworthiness test, including both small-overlap sides and the updated side test. The award applied only with optional front crash prevention and specific headlights, because headlight ratings on lower trims were weak.

Standard ADAS suite breadth62
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

For 2020, Honda Sensing (Collision Mitigation Braking, ACC with Low-Speed Follow, Lane Keeping Assist, Road Departure Mitigation) and Blind Spot Information with Cross Traffic Monitor are standard only from the EX up. The base LX gets none of it. The volume EX/EX-L trims are well equipped, but key systems are missing on the entry trim. Honda made Honda Sensing standard on every trim with the MY2021 refresh.

Automatic emergency braking performance70
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

IIHS rates the Collision Mitigation Braking System Superior for vehicle-to-vehicle avoidance. No pedestrian AEB rating was published for the 2020 model year, and the system is optional rather than standard.

Blind-spot & cross-traffic coverage64
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Blind Spot Information and Cross Traffic Monitor are standard on EX and above, which covers most sales, but they are absent on the LX. Both only alert, with no active intervention and no safe-exit warning.

Lane keeping & centering66
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The volume trims get LKAS and Road Departure Mitigation as part of Honda Sensing, and they work on well-marked highways. This pre-refresh tuning wanders and disengages more readily than later Honda systems, and the LX has no lane assistance at all.

Adaptive cruise & highway assist68
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Adaptive cruise with Low-Speed Follow (stop-and-go) comes with Honda Sensing on EX and above and is smooth in traffic. It is absent on the LX, and there is no integrated highway-assist mode.

Hands-free driving availability15
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

No 2020 Odyssey trim offers hands-free driving, and every assist function requires hands on the wheel.

Headlight performance38
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

IIHS rates the halogen projectors on the volume EX/EX-L trims Marginal and the LX's Poor. Only the Touring/Elite LED reflectors reach Acceptable, and no trim achieves Good.

Outward visibility84
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

A tall greenhouse, low beltline and large side glass give excellent minivan sightlines. A multi-angle rearview camera is standard, but no 360-degree camera is available.

Child-seat (LATCH) usability90
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

IIHS rates the LATCH hardware Good+, with four rear seating positions fully equipped plus one tether-only position. Wide power sliding doors and Magic Slide second-row seats (EX and above) make multiple car-seat installs easy.

4Space & ComfortThe Odyssey's best-graded category.3.10B
Seating capacity
8 seats (EX and up; base LX seats 7)
100/100
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The volume EX/EX-L seat eight through the Magic Slide second row with its removable multi-function center seat. Only the base LX is a 7-seater.

Front headroom
38.7 in with moonroof (EX-L and up); 40.7 in on LX/EX
34/100
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The volume EX-L has a standard moonroof, which cuts front headroom to 38.7 in. The LX and EX get the full 40.7 in.

Front legroom
40.9 in (all trims)
20/100
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Front legroom is adequate but sits at the short end of the minivan band.

Rear headroom
39.2 in 2nd row (EX-L and up); 39.5 in LX/EX
80/100
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Second-row headroom is generous even with the moonroof fitted to the EX-L and above.

Rear legroom
40.9 in (2nd row, all trims)
91/100
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Second-row legroom matches the front row and sits near the top of the minivan band. Magic Slide (EX and up) adds fore-aft and lateral adjustment.

Third-row usability86
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

This third row genuinely fits adults, with 38.1 in of legroom and 38.3 in of headroom. Magic Slide walk-in access is standard from the EX up. Hip room of 48.4 in makes three adults across a squeeze, and the LX lacks Magic Slide.

Cargo/trunk volume
86.6 cu ft behind 2nd row (EX-L and up; 91.0 with front seats forward); LX 88.8, EX 89.2
67/100
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

With the third row folded into its well, the space behind the second row is large. That is competitive for a minivan, but not class-leading.

Max cargo volume
155.8 cu ft behind 1st row (EX-L, 2nd row removed); 158.0 LX/EX; 155.7 Touring/Elite
82/100
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Removing the second-row seats opens a cavernous load floor. The 140.7 cu ft SAE figure is measured without that floor-space allowance.

In-cabin storage & clever solutions83
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Clever storage throughout: the Magic Slide second row (side-to-side slide, removable seats), a multi-function center seat, a one-motion fold-into-floor third row, a deep cargo well and plentiful bins. HondaVAC and the 110V outlet are Touring/Elite-only, and the LX misses Magic Slide.

Seat comfort79
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The seats are supportive in all three rows. The volume trims get a 12-way power driver's seat with 4-way lumbar, and memory from the EX-L. The pre-2021 second-row seats were criticized as thinly padded, and the 2021 refresh added cushioning.

Ride quality74
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The ride is smooth and well controlled, with little body motion, on 18-inch wheels for every trim but the Elite. Sharp impacts still come through with a firm edge.

Cabin quietness72
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Active Noise Cancellation is standard, and an acoustic windshield is fitted from the EX-L. Only the Elite adds acoustic door glass. Road noise on coarse surfaces keeps it mid-pack.

Climate & comfort features72
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

From the EX, tri-zone automatic climate with humidity control, heated front seats and a second-row sunshade are standard. Ventilated seats and a heated steering wheel are Elite-only, there are no heated rear seats, and the LX gets single-zone climate with unheated seats.

5Cost of OwnershipMid-pack among this car's ten categories.1.90C-
Base MSRP
$31,785 (LX incl. $1,095 destination; range to $48,415 Elite)
83/100
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

2020 is the third model year of the fifth generation (MY2018 launch) and the last before the MY2021 refresh. For its 25th anniversary, Honda made the 10-speed automatic and idle-stop standard on every trim; the LX remained the entry trim.

Volume-Trim Price
$39,055 (EX-L incl. destination; EX $35,785, EX-L Navi/RES $41,155, Touring $46,055)
71/100
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The EX-L (leather, power tailgate, moonroof, 8-inch Display Audio) is the volume trim. 2020 was sold before the chip shortage, so transaction prices typically ran below sticker.

5-Year Maintenance & Repair Cost
~$4,700 over 5 yrs (no complimentary maintenance on MY2020)
74/100
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 3.5L V6 is cheap to service, but the 2020 predates Honda Service Pass, so owners pay for all scheduled maintenance. The new-for-2020 10-speed automatic on lower trims drew some shift-quality complaints and software updates, so the estimate is set slightly above the 2022 figure.

5-Year Resale Value Retention
~57% retained at 5 years (CarEdge 2020 residual 56.8%; iSeeCars model avg 62.1%)
57/100
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 2020 Odyssey's 5-year window ran through the inflated 2021–2023 used market, which held residuals up. The Odyssey is the minivan resale leader, per iSeeCars.

Basic warranty
3 yr / 36,000 mi bumper-to-bumper
0/100
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Honda's new-vehicle limited warranty sits at the industry floor. That matches Toyota, Chrysler and Dodge, and trails Kia's 5-year coverage on the Sedona.

Powertrain warranty
5 yr / 60,000 mi powertrain
0/100
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 5 yr / 60,000 mi powertrain coverage is the industry floor. Kia's 10 yr / 100,000 mi on the 2020 Sedona is the segment benchmark.

Complimentary maintenance & perks45
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 2020 Odyssey came with no complimentary scheduled maintenance; Honda Service Pass started with MY2023. Owners got roadside assistance for the 3/36 warranty term, while Toyota included ToyotaCare (2 yr / 25,000 mi) on the 2020 Sienna.

Effective 5-Year Ownership Cost
$21,494 (≈$16,794 depreciation + $4,700 maintenance)
73/100
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

$39,055 volume-trim price minus its estimated resale value after 5 years (57% retained, or about $22,261) leaves about $16,794 in depreciation. Add the projected $4,700 in 5-year maintenance and repairs, and owning this vehicle for 5 years costs about $21,494 in total.

6Reliability & QualityOne of the Odyssey's strongest categories.2.59C+
Predicted reliability62

The 2020 is the last pre-refresh fifth-generation Odyssey. Both J.D. Power and Consumer Reports rate it only average, and CR owners report transmission, suspension and in-car electronics problems. That puts it mid-band: ahead of the Pacifica and Voyager, well behind the Sienna, and below the 2022, which was the one fifth-gen year to earn an above-average CR score.

Brand reliability track record79
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Over this period Honda ranked among the top mainstream brands in Consumer Reports' brand reliability rankings and sat above the industry average in J.D. Power VDS. It trails Toyota and Lexus, which puts it at the top of the mid-pack band.

Recall & TSB history45
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

MY2020 is covered by 14 NHTSA campaigns, a heavier record than later fifth-gen years. Several are safety-relevant: water freezing in the sliding-door handle cables so a door may open while driving, a front seat-belt buckle defect, the airbag-control software error that can deploy the side and curtain airbags unexpectedly, the broad fuel pump recall, and a third-row power-outlet harness pinch. On top of those come repeated rear-camera water-intrusion and software campaigns. The volume and the recurring water-sealing pattern drop it into the low band.

Powertrain durability reputation76
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

From 2020 every trim uses the 3.5L J35 V6 with the 10-speed automatic, replacing the 9-speed that 2018–2019 lower trims carried. The J35 has a long high-mileage record. The 10-speed was in its first year across the lineup, and CR owners reported some transmission complaints, which holds this below the later model years.

Interior material quality66
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

This is the pre-refresh cabin. It is practical and solidly assembled, with soft-touch upper surfaces on EX-L and above, but has more hard plastic in lower zones and a dated 8-inch display. That is competitive for the class without leading it.

Fit & finish66
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Assembly is generally solid. However, repeated recalls for water getting into the rear camera mounts and the sliding-door handle cables point to sealing lapses in early fifth-gen production, and Consumer Reports owners cite electronics and build complaints.

Dealer & service network84
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Honda has one of the densest US dealer networks, about 1,000 dealers, with generally strong service satisfaction.

Parts availability & repair cost80
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The J35 V6 and platform components are shared with the Pilot, Passport and Ridgeline, so parts are plentiful and the aftermarket is deep. Typical repair costs sit below the minivan average.

7Technology & InfotainmentOne of the Odyssey's weakest categories.1.03D
Touchscreen size
8.0 in (EX and up); LX has a 5-in non-touch LCD
12/100
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The volume EX/EX-L use an 8-inch Display Audio touchscreen, and no larger center screen is offered on any trim. The 10.2-inch rear entertainment screen (EX-L Navi/RES and up) is not a center display.

Infotainment UX & responsiveness52
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The pre-refresh Display Audio has no physical volume or tuning knob, relies on touch-sensitive controls and is sluggish to respond. The 2021 refresh added a volume knob and hard shortcut buttons to address exactly these complaints.

Wireless CarPlay / Android Auto50
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard from the EX up, but they are wired only. The base LX lacks them entirely, and wireless projection did not arrive until 2025.

Voice control & native navigation52
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Built-in satellite navigation with voice recognition is limited to the EX-L Navi/RES, Touring and Elite, so most owners rely on phone projection and Siri or Google voice.

Audio system quality57
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 160-watt, 7-speaker system with a subwoofer (LX–Touring) is adequate. The unbranded 550-watt, 11-speaker premium system is Elite-only.

Digital instrument cluster55
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

This is a partial-digital cluster: a configurable 7-inch TFT driver information interface with an analog-style tachometer. A fully redesigned digital display arrived only with the 2025 refresh.

OTA update capability30
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

There is no feature-adding over-the-air program. Head-unit and map updates require a dealer visit or a USB stick.

Companion app & remote functions48
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

HondaLink connected services (remote lock, locate, remote start by app, hotspot) are limited to the Touring and Elite. The volume EX/EX-L get only the CabinControl app for rear audio/climate. There is no digital key.

Charging ports & device power52
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Ports are USB-A only. The volume EX-L gets three 2.5-amp ports (one front, two in row two), but the EX has a single front port. The 110V outlet and HDMI start at EX-L Navi/RES, and the wireless charger is Elite-only.

Keyless & remote access70
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

From the EX, Smart Entry with Walk-Away Auto Lock, key-fob remote start and power sliding doors are standard. The power tailgate starts at the EX-L, with hands-free access on Touring/Elite. There is no phone-as-key, and the LX lacks all of this.

Camera & parking aids53
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

A multi-angle rear camera with dynamic guidelines (EX and up) and blind-spot cross-traffic monitoring help when reversing. Front and rear parking sensors are Touring/Elite-only, and no surround-view camera is offered.

Head-up display availability20
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

No 2020 Odyssey trim offers a head-up display.

8Use-Case FitMid-pack among this car's ten categories.2.49C+
Kid & car-seat practicality89
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

This is the segment benchmark for family logistics. The Magic Slide second row (EX and up) slides side to side for three car seats across or a walk-through aisle, IIHS rates the LATCH hardware Good+, and power sliding doors are standard from the EX. The base LX lacks both Magic Slide and power doors.

Family safety package76
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

It earns 5 stars overall from NHTSA and a 2020 IIHS Top Safety Pick with Good ratings in every crash test. Honda Sensing and blind-spot monitoring are standard from the EX, but the LX goes without them. The halogen headlights on the volume trims rate only Marginal.

Family road-trip comfort83
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The second and third rows are roomy, and the EX and up get tri-zone climate and second-row sunshades, with a 32.8 cu ft well behind row three. Rear entertainment, CabinTalk and the 110V outlet start at the EX-L Navi/RES. The volume trims are thin on rear USB ports.

Daily driving ease74
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The smooth V6, the 10-speed (standard on every trim for 2020), ACC with Low-Speed Follow (EX and up) and excellent outward visibility make traffic easy. It is still a 203-inch van, and the touch-only head unit is an annoyance.

Commuting cost efficiency42
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The gas V6 returns 19/28/22 MPG, typical for a gas minivan of 2020 but well behind the Pacifica Hybrid. It runs on regular fuel, and maintenance costs are average.

Parking & maneuverability52
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

This is a long van with a 39.6-ft turning diameter. Visibility is excellent and a multi-angle rear camera is standard, but parking sensors are Touring/Elite-only and no 360-degree camera is offered.

Work capability60
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

A 3,500-lb tow rating (with the accessory towing package) and up to 155.8–158 cu ft of cargo with the second row removed make it a capable light hauler. It is FWD-only and has no work-oriented trim.

Durability for work duty60
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 3.5L V6 is proven Honda hardware. The 10-speed is new across the lineup for 2020 and transmission is a Consumer Reports owner-reported trouble area. There is no fleet or cargo variant.

Jobsite & upfit practicality48
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Removable second-row seats open a big flat floor. But the 110V outlet is upper-trim only, there is no upfit ecosystem, and the interiors are cloth or leather rather than washable.

Long-distance comfort & range74
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The cabin is spacious and comfortable, with Active Noise Cancellation, and ACC/LKAS come standard from the EX. Range is about 430 miles (19.5 gal at 22 MPG). It has no highway-assist mode beyond ACC plus lane keeping, and the LX lacks Honda Sensing.

Outdoor & adventure capability32
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

It is FWD-only, with low ground clearance and no terrain modes. It can tow 3,500 lb of toys and swallow camping gear, but it is pavement-bound next to the AWD Sienna of the same year.

Gear & luggage flexibility90
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Its flexibility leads the class: 32.8–38.6 cu ft behind the third row, a one-motion Magic Seat that folds into the floor, and removable second-row seats for up to 155.7–158 cu ft.

9Driving ExperienceMid-pack among this car's ten categories.2.44C+
Handling & agility74
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

It is widely rated the sharpest-handling minivan of its era, with little body lean and good composure through turns for a 4,500-lb van. It is still clearly a family hauler.

Steering feel70
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The steering is precise and well weighted for the class, but it is filtered and gives little road feedback.

Braking confidence64
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Stopping distances are average for a minivan, but Consumer Reports found the brakes heat, shudder and fade sooner than expected on long descents, and owners report early squeal.

Powertrain smoothness & response71
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 280-hp V6 is strong and smooth. The 10-speed, now standard on every trim for 2020, shifts cleanly but sometimes hunts, and the Idle Stop restart is slightly abrupt.

Drivetrain noise & vibration70
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The V6 is quiet at cruise and sounds pleasant under load, helped by Active Noise Cancellation and active engine mounts.

Turning circle
39.6 ft (39.64 ft curb-to-curb, all trims)
30/100
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

This is a typical, fairly wide minivan turning circle.

Driving position & ergonomics68
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The driving position is commanding and adjustable, with a 12-way power seat from the EX and excellent sightlines. The push-button shift-by-wire takes acclimation, and the knobless, touch-sensitive head unit makes simple adjustments fiddly.

Fun-to-drive factor67
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

It is as engaging as a minivan gets, with a willing V6 and a responsive chassis. It remains a pleasant appliance rather than a car enthusiasts seek out.

10Value & Market PositionMid-pack among this car's ten categories.2.48C+
Standard equipment generosity58
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The $31,785 LX has the 280-hp V6, the 10-speed automatic (new to the LX for 2020) and tri-zone climate. However, it lacks Honda Sensing, blind-spot monitoring, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and power sliding doors, so most buyers have to step up to the EX. Honda Sensing didn't become standard on every trim until the MY2021 refresh.

Feature value per dollar64
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The EX at about $35.8K adds Honda Sensing, power doors and Display Audio, which is fair content for the money. Add the strong V6, Magic Slide seats and low depreciation, and the Odyssey is good value next to an aging Sienna and an aging Sedona, though the cheaper Grand Caravan undercut everyone on price.

Trim & configuration breadth62
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Six well-spaced trims (LX, EX, EX-L, EX-L Navi/RES, Touring, Elite) span about $32K–$48K. Every van is FWD with the V6, though, while the Sienna offered AWD and the Pacifica offered a PHEV (plus AWD from 2021).

Sales popularity & market acceptance72
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The Odyssey was one of the top-selling minivans, but it slipped behind the Pacifica in calendar 2020 as pandemic disruption hit the shrinking segment. It led the Pacifica and Sienna in 2019.

Brand desirability & image78
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Honda has a strong reputation with family buyers for reliability, resale value and low-drama ownership, and the Odyssey name has 25 years of minivan credibility. It is not aspirational, but it is very well regarded by its intended shoppers.

Deals & incentive availability68
#3 of 3 minivansCompare all →

The 2020 model year sold before the semiconductor shortage, in a buyer's market, so dealer discounts below MSRP were typical. Pandemic-era subvented financing and lease deals were common in 2020, though Honda's incentives were more modest than Chrysler's or Kia's.

Model freshness52
#1 of 3 minivansCompare all →

2020 is the third model year of the generation that launched for MY2018. It was the last year before the MY2021 mid-cycle refresh, so it is current but not cutting-edge, and an updated model was imminent.

Critical reception & awards76
#2 of 3 minivansCompare all →

Reviewers consistently ranked the 2020 Odyssey at or near the top of the minivan class for its driving dynamics, V6 and Magic Slide seating, and it was often the pick over the aging Sienna and Sedona. The Pacifica was its main comparison rival.
